"It was love at first sight." This bridge support between Kanda and Akihabara in Tokyo contains so many mysterious details and has undergone so many surprising changes since its original form that it reads like a book about the ever-changing nature of an organic city like Tokyo. Thus, it became the first part of a series on iconic urban structures "Tokyo Etudes", which includes several objects and video works. The 1:2 scale wooden replica is based on precise measurements taken from the original on several occasions.
