A variation of the first No.1 from 1996, this sculpture was build on location within 6 weeks as part of the Kyongnam Sculpture Symposium in Changwon, Korea. To date, it remains the only version of this series, in which the individual parts were welded and not bolted. Placed originally in the central park of Changwon City, it was moved in front of the Gyeongnam Art Museum, after the building’s  completion in 2004.

1996年に制作されたNo.1のバリエーション。韓国の昌原で開催されたキョンナム彫刻シンポジウムの一環として、6週間かけて現地で制作された作品である。現在に至るまで、このシリーズが唯一、各パーツをボルトではなく溶接留めで仕上げたもの。当初は昌原市の中央公園に設置されていたが、2004年に完成した慶南美術館の前に移設された。
