Positioned in the wooden hallway of a historic Japanese elementary school, a 21.6 meter long steel object is filled with water. With a wave-generator at each end and simple analog motion sensors in between, the water creates constantly changing complex rhythmic patterns. Small hammers, receiving impulses from the sensors, tap against walls, ceilings, and windows, creating a slowly changing complex, but controlled tapestry of sound.

歴史ある日本の小学校の木造廊下に設置された、全長21.6メートルのスチール製のオブジェには、水が満たされています。両端に発電機、その間にシンプルなアナログのモーションセンサーを設置し、水は常に変化する複雑なリズムのパターンを作り出します。センサーからの衝撃を受けた小さなハンマーが、壁、天井、窓を叩き、ゆっくりと変化する複雑な、しかし制御された音のタペストリーを作り出します。
