IFS Sculpture Park, Chengdu / China

Build for the sculpture garden on the roof above the 20th floor of the International Finance Square Building (IFS) in downtown Chengdu, this sculpture allows visitors to generate unusual sounds. Tuned metal-plates are connected to the frame, which acts a sounding box, amplifying the sound. Each plate has a different pitch and which can change depending on how it is played using bare hands.
